Michael R. “Mike” Allen, 57, of Victoria, Va. passed away June 17, 2019. He was the son of the late Rupert Allen. He is survived by his mother, Nora G. Allen; his son, Thomas Faith (Tosha); two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Avery and his fiancé, Jeanne Bolash.
