Michael Andrew “Mike” Newcomb, 53, of Burkeville, Va. went to be with the Lord on Dec. 26, 2017. Heaven gained a tractor driving, Jeep loving angel who had a deep love for the land and his family. He is survived by his parents W.R. “Billy” Newcomb and Lillian G. Newcomb; his brother, Steve Newcomb and his sister, Stephanie Newcomb Fowlkes (Alton); two nephews; two nieces; and four great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his nephew William Blake Newcomb. Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday,  Dec. 30, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Cool Springs Christian Church Cemetery,  Keysville, Va. The family will receive friends in the church fellowship hall immediately following services and at all other times at 405 Agnew street, Burkeville.  Please consider memorial donations to Crewe Church of the Nazarene, 609 W.
