Anna Overby Arthur, 91, of Victoria, VA. went to be with the Lord on May 9, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Horace Brown Overby and Fannie Shields Overby and wife of the late Clarence Johnson Arthur. She is survived by her children, Jean Barrientez (Inno), Barbara Wallace (Pat), Joyce Scott (Harvey) and Clarence “Johnny” Arthur (Kathy); seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and her sisters, Emily Quintal, Lucile Wood and Ann Hudson (Woodrow). The family will receive friends Monday, May 14 From 6 to 8pm at the the Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge, where funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at 11AM.
