Betty Bayne McKenney, 83, of Green Bay, Va. died November 19, 2019. She was the wife of the late John P. McKenney, She is survived by her Daughter Sheryl McKinney (Claude); her grandson Zachary McKinney all of Victoria; her sister Barbara B. Williams of Keysville.
