ARRINGTON,
Dolly Bohannon Arrington, 77, of Victoria, Virginia went to be with the Lord on April 15, 2019. She was the daughter of the late John Sammie Bohannon and Gracie Thompson Bohannon, wife of the late,  Rawley David Arrington, and sister of the late, Ruby B. Fox. She is survived by her daughters; Delores A. Manning of Wake Forest. NC and Beverly A. Guthrie (Joseph) of Mechanicsville, her son;  David W. Arrington of Jacksonville, FL, her grandchildren; Laura A. Guthrie, William “Vinny” Guthrie  and Ashleigh R.G. Arrington, her brother; James E. Bohannon (Pam) of Chase City, VA and numerous nieces and nephews. Dolly was the former quality control inspector for Jonbil Corporation and owner of The Country Fair in the Nutbush Community which she loved and served from 1977-1993. She was a member of the Victoria Baptist Church where she served on various committees and sang in the church choir.  The family will receive friends at the Victoria Baptist Church Monday, April 22, 2019 from 9:30 until start of services at 10:30 AM. Interment at 2Pm in the in the Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Amelia.  Please consider memorial donations to the Victoria Baptist Church, 1423 8th Street, Victoria, VA 23974.  Staples Funeral Home, Victoria, in charge of arrangements, 434-696-5502.  Online condolences may be sent at: www.staplesfh.com
