Joseph Devon Jones, 31, of Raleigh, NC and formerly of Victoria, VA. went to be with the Lord on March 15, 2020. He is survived by his mother, Lauren Jones Talley (Ron); his father, Joseph Garth Jones (Lisa Gibbs); his sister, Amber Jones Norwood (Justin); grandfathers, Richard Finocchiaro and Earnest Jones; grandmother, Marie Mings; a nephew, Noah Norwood; step-siblings, Jeremy Jones, Jenna Jones, Jaclyn Orchard, Rachel Talley and Ryan Talley; his girlfriend, Samantha “Sammie” Mitchell and his fur children, Lola and Fiona. Devon enjoyed being outside, woodworking, radio controlled devices, cooking, his car and being with family and friends. Due to the Coronavirus, Graveside funeral services Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 11:30 AM will be limited to his immediate family and his closest friends.
