I am so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing...Ernie and myself thought a lot of Jerry and enjoyed his visits when he came to Kenbridge Produce..prayers for his family and friends.💔

Jerry and I grew up together in Keysville. We were in the Boy Scouts together...went on many camping trips together. We ran around together as teens to dances, school events, Church Events,etc., double dated together, and played football together with all the guys around town on Sunday afternoons. Jerry was a wonderful and kind person growing up there in Keysville, and he had many friends. Very fond memories.

Jerry Wayne Taylor, 72, of Kenbridge, Va. died September 21, 2020. He was the husband of the late Betty Jean Taylor and father of the late Mark Taylor. He is survived by his daughter Susan Scruggs, (Scott); granddaughter, Emily Reed (Carlton, Jr.); great-grandson, Carlton “Tripp” E. Reed, III; devoted friends, Ollie and Nancy Lafoon and Frances Hawthorne; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Jerry faithfully and honorably served his country in the Unites States Army during the Vietnam War. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, September 25, 2020 at 11AM in the Kenbridge Heights Cemetery.
