To Betty and family...no words are sufficient to express my sadness. Gene was like the big brother I didn't have. But he was in and out of our house so much that Mama and Daddy felt as if he were one of theirs.Rest in peace, dear Gene.

Dear Betty and Family, Mr. Overton gave me opportunities at Piedmont Geriatric Hospital even though I lacked the "proper" education. I will always be truly grateful for his confidence in me as a manager and as a leader. Thanks for being a good friend and a great neighbor for years! So sorry for your loss. I was just with Gregory last Sat. for Mama's memorial service. Peace and prayers to you in your time of sorrow.
