Harold Eugene “Gene” Overton, 76, an avid golfer of Victoria, Va., Teed off in  Heaven on Dec. 24, 2018. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of fifty-five years, Betty Elam Overton; his daughters, Melissa Lowery (Warren) of Powhatan, Va. and Melynda Overton of Beaumont, TX; five grandchildren, Clay, Colby and Cavan Lowery of Powhatan and Sydney and Riley Overton of Beaumont, TX.
