Odell Pennington Martin, 88, of Victoria, Va. died July 29, 2017. He was the son of the late R.L. Martin and Sue Strenge Martin. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Helen Elizabeth Studer Martin. Odell retired from the Virginia Department of Transportation. Odell requested there be no services.
