Lennice Conner Thompson, 90, of South Hill and formerly of Kenbridge died January 25, 2017. She was the wife of the late John Allen Thompson and daughter of the late Julius Woodson Conner and Eva McChristian Conner. She is survived by her brother, Sandy W. Conner; niece, Lynda C. True (Page); nephews, Richard S. Moody (Judy) and Michael D. Moody (Donna); great-niece, Tammy L. McGrath (Billy) and great-nephew, William P. True, III (Liz); great-great-nieces, Alyson True, Delaney McGrath, Reagan True and Sidney True; great-great-nephews, William P. True, IV and Jackson True. Lennice was a member of  Kenbridge Christian Church. She retired from Fort Pickett as public relations officer. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 27^th, 2017 at 2:00 PM in the Crestview Memorial Park, South Hill.
