Diane Kennedy Seamster, 71, of Victoria, VA died peacefully on February 14, 2021. She was the baby of 13 children born to W.B. and Alberta Kennedy. She is survived by her husband of 33 years Roy Dean Seamster; her daughter, Angie S. Williams (Alan); her son Timmy Sheffield (Norma); three granddaughters, Ashley Garrett (Christopher), Brooke Williams and Allison Sheffield; two great-grandsons, Spiro Garrett and Declan Garrett; three sisters, Marie Bailey,  Gladys Payne (Herbert) and Margie Gilliland; one brother, Frank Kennedy. Diane retired from Walmart. She was a member of the Church of God in Victoria. She enjoyed her family especially spending time with her great-grandsons. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Clarke Funeral Home, Kenbridge, where funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 20, 2021 at 2PM.
