David Finley Cansler, 64, of Victoria, VA. passed away on March 10, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents, Finley Frances Cansler, Jr. and Betty Lafoon Cansler. He is survived by his sister, Suellen Cansler of Richmond, VA and many friends. Graveside memorial services will be held Sunday, November 15, at 1PM at the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria, VA.
