Anne Therese VanMeter, 75, of South Hill, Va. died Sept. 24, 2018. She is survived her husband Robert VanMeter; her son Daniel Farrell; six brothers and three sisters all of New York and Canada; step-children of Howard “Bud” VanMeter and his wife Tamara and Lillie Phillips and her husband Jimmy; step-grandchildren, Cody, Jackson and Reese VanMeter, Leigh Ann and James Randal “JR” Phillips. Anne enjoyed trips to the mountains and loved all animals, especially elephants. The family will receive friends at the Clarke Funeral Home in Kenbridge on Thursday, September 27, 2018 from 7PM until time of services at 8PM In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to the National Kidney Association.
