Leslie Owen Millner, 91, of Victoria, Va. joined his family in Heaven on December 21, 2018. He is survived by his wife of thirty-eight years, Martha Flynn Millner; his son Jerry Millner; two daughters, Brenda Smoke and Donna Clary; numerous grandchildren. Les served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired as a Brakeman for Norfolk and Southern Railroad, was a member of Victoria Baptist Church and VFW Post 9954. Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, Dec. 24, 2018 at 11:00 in the Lakeview Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to Lunenburg Health Services, P.O.
