Mac was one of the great ones. My family's most heartfelt sympathies, condolences, and prayers go out to the family. Mac was a positive influence to so many. The appearance of him in his patrol car demanded respect, and proved influential to those that followed in his footsteps. May Mac rest in eternal peace.

So my story w Mac is I was working as a brand new rookie Patrolman in Kenbridge. My very first wreck call, a Fatality/suicide. Had to secure the accident scene as it was outside the town limit unitl Mac Unit#1379 could get there. So He was way on the other side of the county. I called him on the radio let him know traffic backing up both ways and asked him If I needed to do anything. He said, "Wayull, just keep anyone else from gettn kilt tell I git thar." Rest easy. Prayers for you Polly and family.
