I just learned of Billy's passing this morning and missed the services as a result. Billy was an amazing man on so many levels. He was the rare person who smiled through adversity, and enjoyed life every day. He gave so much of himself to his job, his family, and his community. I know he will be missed by all. May God's love that shown so brightly in Billy's life, provide comfort to his loved ones through this time of grief.
