So sorry to hear of your loss. Growing up in the area and in the hair dresser business, Bev was the sweetest thing to us all. Please know that you can call on us if you need anything.

My deepest condolences to everyone. Bev has always made an effort to keep in touch with me. I was heartbroken to hear this news. I had just bought her a birthday card. My prayers are with you all.

Beverly Page “Bev” Armstrong, 56, of Victoria, Va. joined her family in Heaven on Dec. 10, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Sammy Lee Phelps and Evangeline Walker Phelps. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, George Martin “Marty” Armstrong; her son, Drake Armstrong (Randi) and her daughter, Hailey Armstrong; step-children, Alex Armstong and Candace Merlino;

four grandsons, Hudson Armstrong, Aedan Armstrong, Bryce Hammack and Brooks Hammack; her sister, Tammy Gaulding of Kill Devil Hills, NC; her uncle Gerald Walker of Florida and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends. Bev was a hairdresser for over thirty years. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and always had to have the last word. A celebration service of Bev’s life will be held Friday, December 14, 2018 at 2PM in the Cools Springs Christian Church, 2852 Ontario Road, Keysville, Va.
